Reliable Motorsports doesn’t operate as a walk-in shop. Every vehicle is booked in advance, which means your car gets a proper time slot instead of getting squeezed in between other jobs.
If this is your first time booking with us, here’s what the process actually looks like.
The process, start to finish
- Reach out by phone or the contact form and tell us what your vehicle needs, even if you’re not sure exactly what’s wrong
- We’ll confirm a time that works and give you an idea of what to expect for that visit
- Drop your vehicle off at your scheduled time, or discuss it directly if you’re waiting with it
- We diagnose or service based on what you told us, and if we find something else worth mentioning, we’ll call before doing any additional work
- You get a clear explanation of what was done and why, not just a bill
There’s no pressure to approve extra work on the spot. If something can wait, we’ll tell you that too.
What to expect from us specifically
We’re not trying to upsell you on services you don’t need. If your vehicle needs a repair, we’ll explain what’s actually going on and why we’re recommending it. If it doesn’t need something, we’ll say that plainly instead of padding the invoice.
Being appointment-only means the shop isn’t juggling walk-ins while working on your car, so the attention to detail holds up from the first visit onward.
